The Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich: A No-Wipey Wonder

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches often don't get the credit they deserve. Not only are they delicious, they can be made to help clean your pipes and keep your dumps clean. The real key is the bread. You gotta get some good high fiber wheat bread. I found some the other day that has the consistency of soft white sliced sandwich bread but with 5 grams of fiber per slice. 5 grams represents 20% of your daily recommended fiber intake. Two slices gives you a whopping 40% of your daily fiber intake, often more than what most of us consume on a daily basis. All of this adds up to some uber clean dumps.

What better way to achieve them then by putting back a phatty PB&J? You don't need to skimp on the peanut butter and jelly. Go ahead and put on some good ole Jiff or Skippy and your favorite jelly or jam. If you want to go the healthy route you can sport the natural peanut butter and jelly. Up to you. But the key to the no-wipey is the hi-fiber wheat bread. It's sooooo worth it. You'll save money on toilet paper and spare your ass the unpleasantness of repeated wipes. Plus it will help clean out your pipes and lessen your chances of developing colon cancer.
